Preparing audio for CD manufacture is an exacting business, requiring a combination of high quality hardware – both analogue and digital, and excellent listening environment and knowledgeable, experienced engineering staff. Finesplice has remained at the forefront of CD mastering for over fifteen years. Although we have always made a speciality of classical-music editing, our range of mastering work is vast:- Bach, Beastie Boys, Ballroom Dancing, Buddhist chanting, Beethoven, Beach Boys, Bernstein, Brahms, Mr Blobby - and that's only the "b"s! Yes, Mr Blobby - our first Christmas No 1 single; and this in the same month as one of our projects gained a Grammy nomination for best early Music CD.
